King von Kitzbuhel is the sweetest 1-2 year old German Shepherd. King is a survivor with a very dramatic rescue story, one who really took a village to save.  He is so bright and eager to embrace life and enjoy every minute. This boy loves everyone he meets and will happily climb in your lap. He got to go on some errands with staff, visiting a pet store where he met new people, checked out some fish, and got to pick out a special treat. Because he radiates joy, everyone wanted to meet him. Soon, he will grace some lucky family. King walks by other dogs with no issues and greets them nicely, sometimes with play bows.  He's now able to participate in playgroups and doing beautifully. He'll invite any dog to play and loves to have fun,  but is respectful and doesn't bother calm dogs. (He isn't for cats.) We would love a forever home for our special boy. Someday, he might tell you his whole story.  King's story does involve an injury that has healed, but he wants to pretend it never happened.
